Russian clinical massage treatments consist of three phases. The beginning is always slow to produce a state of relaxation. The second phase is fast, vigorous, and deep for a fully therapeutic effect. The third is once again soothing to relax the individual and prepare them for completion. As opposed to traditional European and Asian massage styles, the RCM therapist uses his or her knuckles, dorsal / plantar palms, and the fingers in different ways to produce a therapeutic effect for the persons receiving their massage.
Russian Clinical Massage is very helpful in problems with:
• Cardio-Vascular system,
• Central and autonomic nervous systems,
• Trauma and Muscular-skeletal system,
• Post Surgery,
• Respiratory system,
• Skin problems.
